These guidelines seem to ignore all recommendations for the conduct and reporting of clinical practice guidelines.(PMID 13679327; PMID 8460861) At present, these guidelines are not currently republished at the National Guidelines Clearinghouse which further impedes assessment of their quality.

It is difficult to accept their recommendations without transparency of their methods.
