Quite a wonderful report in the Ann Intern Med cited above.

Still one would want to know the possibilities left for these Diabetic patients who are intolerant to ACEs ?

Early reports suggested that ARBs could be better choice than ACEs in preventing and/or regressing renal damage in Diabetics.
